Grilled Cheese Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs lean ground meat

  • 1 egg beaten

  • 3 tbs ketchup

  • 3 tbs sweet relish

  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 3 cups of grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 envelope or 1/2 cup onion soup mix

  • mix all ingredients into a large bowl

  • line a large cooking tray with parchment paper

  • form 1-1/4 inch meatballs

  • preheat your grill to 400ºF

  • Once heated put the meatball tray on your grill

  • set time to 20 minutes

  • at the end of 20 minutes remove meatball tray from heat

  • let rest for 10 minutes

  • dip them in your favorite sauce
