Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapeno Peppers

  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded Spinach leaves

  • 1-1/2 cups shredded crab flakes

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1tsp garlic powder

  • 1tsp black pepper

  • 1tbs dill weed

  • mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, crab flakes, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper and dill weed in a medium size bowl.  Mix well

  • Cut top of Jalapeno peppers off

  • Cut each Jalapeno peppers lengthwise

  • remove seeds in each halves using a spoon

  • fill one half of each Jalapeno pepper with 1 spoonful of mix

  • combine unfilled half with filled half

  • wrapped each pepper with 2 slices of bacon.  One slice is wrapped around the pepper while the other one is wrapped lengthwise

  • Turn on your grill and set temperature to 400ºF

  • Put all Jalapeno peppers on grill over indirect heat

  • cook until bacon is crisp turning once during that time

  • Once cook, let sit for 5 to 10 minutes
