Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients

12 Jalapeno Peppers

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

1/3 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

2 cups shredded Spinach leaves

1-1/2 cups shredded crab flakes

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1tsp garlic powder
-
1tsp black pepper
-
1tbs dill weed

mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, crab flakes, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper and dill weed in a medium size bowl. Mix well

Cut top of Jalapeno peppers off

Cut each Jalapeno peppers lengthwise

remove seeds in each halves using a spoon

fill one half of each Jalapeno pepper with 1 spoonful of mix

combine unfilled half with filled half

wrapped each pepper with 2 slices of bacon. One slice is wrapped around the pepper while the other one is wrapped lengthwise

Turn on your grill and set temperature to 400ºF

Put all Jalapeno peppers on grill over indirect heat
-
cook until bacon is crisp turning once during that time

Once cook, let sit for 5 to 10 minutes
