1-2-3 Smokey Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients

2 - baby back rib racks
-
1/2 cup yellow mustard
-
1 tsp Worcestershire
-
1 tsp Soy Sauce
-
generous amount of rub - your choice
-
generous amount of Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce
-
2/3 cup of brown sugar
-
1/2 cup of honey
-
2/3 cup of apple juice

turn ribs and remove silver skin of the back using a spoon and paper towel to grab slippery skin
-
in a small bowl mix Worcestershire and soy sauce ans 1/4 cup of the apple juice in with the mustard.

apply mustard mix all over on both sides of the ribs
-
when done apply the rub all over the ribs and rub it into the flesh on both sides

smoke on your smoker grill for 3 hours
-
when smoking is completed put ribs in a tin foil pan
-
apply the brown sugar by rubbing on the ribs
-
sprinkle the honey all over the ribs
-
sprinkle apple juice in the pan around the ribs
-
cover with foil and return to the smoker grill at 225ºF and let steam for 2 hours
-
one steaming is completed remove ribs from the tin pans
-
apply generous amounts of Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce to both sides of the ribs
-
return to smoker grill at 225ºF and bake for 1 hour
-
Once the ribs reach an internal temperature of 205ºF remove from grill and let sit for 10 minutes
