Garlic Infused Smoked Potatoes
Ingredients

5 - 6 large potatoes

â…“ cup garlic infused olive oil

1 tsp SPG Epicure Spice or seasoned salt

½ tsp Epicure Rosemary Garlic or Rosemary
-
2 tsp Epicure Red Garlic Sansel or Garlic powder
-
5 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp dill weed

Peel and wash potatoes and then cube to about ½ inch in size

In a large bowl add the cubed potatoes, the SPG or Seasoned salt, Rosemary Garlic or Rosemary, the red Garlic Sansel or Garlic powder along with the olive oil

Mix well

Line an oven proof pan with parchment paper and the spread the potato mixture evenly throughout the entire pan
Smoking and Cooking the Potatoes

Start your Traeger or other smoker cooker BBQ and set to smoke. Once your smoker is smoking place your potato filled pan directly on the grill. Smoke for 30 minutes. Once smoking has completed raise your smoker BBQ to max or 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the potatoes uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes to when they are just beginning to brown and then cover with foil and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Once potatoes are cooked sprinkle the dill weed and the bacon all over the potatoes. Serve these mouth watering delicacies immediately.
