Tender & Juicy Smoked Eye of Round Roast
Ingredients

4-5 lbs Eye of Round Roast
-
4 tbs yellow mustard
-
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
-
1 clove garlic minced
-
1 cup your favorite rub
-
1 sprig of Rosemary herb
-
trim excessive fat from roast
-
put roast in a roasting pan
-
in a bowl mix the mustard, Worcestershire sauce & garlic together
-
rub the mustard concoction all over the roast. Apply everywhere
-
apply your rub and rub it in all over the roast
-
Put Rosemary herb on top of roast
-
Start your grill and set it to 180ºF
-
Cook your roast to your desired temperature - 135ºF rare or 145ºF medium - app 5 to 6 hours
