Tender & Juicy Smoked Eye of Round Roast

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs Eye of Round Roast

  • 4 tbs yellow mustard

  • 1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1 cup your favorite rub

  • 1 sprig of Rosemary herb

  • trim excessive fat from roast

  • put roast in a roasting pan

  • in a bowl mix the mustard, Worcestershire sauce & garlic together

  • rub the mustard concoction all over the roast.  Apply everywhere

  • apply your rub and rub it in all over the roast

  • Put Rosemary herb on top of roast

  • Start your grill and set it to 180ºF

  • Cook your roast to your desired temperature - 135ºF rare or 145ºF medium -  app 5 to 6 hours
