Bacon Wrapped Beer Brined Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1lbs Lean Chicken Wings

  • 1 Light Beer

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Your favorite BBQ Rub

  • Place chicken wings in large bowl

  • Cover wings with the beer

  • add approximately 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Stir well, seal and refrigerate for 12 - 24 hours

  • Remove wings from brine and pat dry

  • Sprinkle your favorite BBQ Rub all over the wings

  • Start your grill and set temperature to 425º F

  • Place wings on the grill over indirect heat

  • set time for 30 minutes

  • after 30 minutes flip wings over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temp as reached 165º F

  • Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes
